The consumer demands are increasing, and SMEs are required to change as the market is also transformed, if they want to survive the high competition. The products offered by food companies must meet the physiological needs of food, of which Abraham Maslow speaks; but in addition to this, they must ensure that customers perceive excellent service to increase their purchasing decision, otherwise easily look for another place to feel at ease. This project aims to develop a business plan for the company under the Canvas CrepeSuzette SAS methodology that allows to determine the elements that are affecting sales, growth and sustainability, and likewise, find action plans that take to overcome their gaps. To develop research, a study was conducted to know the perspective of customers regarding the product and service, purchase frequency and communication. This was obtained through a survey of the products and services offered by the company, regular users aged 15 to 50 years participated in the Venice neighborhood. Which threw the methodology, the aspects were determined to improve, by reference model elements Canvas.
