Resumen
This article describes the control processes established in Colombia related to the measurement of energy flows from the national accounts system, these flows are measured through satellite accounts designed by “Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE)”, and their results are present thru indicators aligned with the ODS and the 2030 agenda of sustainable development proposed by United Nations, for all related to energy it is developed in ODS number seven , which aims to identify programs that the country has implemented to apply it. Based on above explanation, it would be appreciated that in Colombia the process of control of the energy flows account is still very incipient, as it is evident the progress of normative type with the adoption of international standards for the valuation of the resources, but still measurement and monitoring are being implemented in a pilot environment through the proposed indicators; in regard to ODS number seven, public policies are being implemented for adoption and subsequent follow-up. The development of this research will be based on a content analysis and a bibliographical review, the information will be taken from web portals of national public entities, multilateral international organizations and all the reports or publications available to the public.
