Clearly, it can be seen that some teachers continue to work under the same teaching process, that are not appropriate for the context, and do not meet the needs of students in general. Unfortunately, the lack of academic updating and the reflection of their pedagogical practices, they make that the classes lack significant strategies and elements, generating little motivation and very low results in certain subjects. For this reason, it is intended to generate awareness of the constant and permanent reflection of pedagogical practices, in order to evaluate the teaching-learning processes with a view to strengthening both factors, which effectively benefit both students and teachers. On the other hand, the teachers who reflect on their teaching and updates themselves, can easily be at the forefront of education, providing possible solutions to the difficulties that arise in the classroom and incorporating new strategies. Then, this project seeks to make the teachers of Jardin Infantil Carrusel Mágico reflect about their practices with a view to strengthening the educational process, generating educational environments that allow students to have a better acquisition of their knowledge. If teachers offer scenarios and methodologies, that are coherent with the population, students will probably have a better motivation to build their knowledge. In this way, teachers must recognize that the good performance of their students depends on the impact of their pedagogical practices.
