The present study is the result of an investigation carried out with the students of the 402th grade of the school El Paraíso de Manuela Beltrán, Ciudad Bolívar, carried out in the education faculty of Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. It is difficult to think that the school can be detached from the conflict because the conflict is inherent to the human being, over the school lies a great responsibility in terms of providing necessary tools that allow visualizing the conflict from the perspective of solving problems in a positive that contribute to generate peaceful environments in the classrooms. The objective of this research was to describe the influence of school conflict on learning difficulties in the students of the 402th grade of the school El Paraíso de Manuela Beltrán, Ciudad Bolívar. The study was governed by the interpretive-qualitative paradigm, with a qualitative approach and a phenomenological design. The results show the conflict in a negative way in the students of this grade, where they contribute little to the transformation of the school environment, generating inappropriate environments for learning and healthy coexistence. In conclusion it is necessary to implement different strategies at the institutional level where assertive communication is strengthened, the use of courteous, respectful language and dialogue as a problem solving tool, where the students themselves are mediators in the face of conflicts.
