Resumen
Taking into account the plans and investments in social work schemes all given by virtue of the development of strategies to promote healthy lifestyles that validate the human dignity of citizens, it can be said that projects such as the CAMAD are constituted as really ambitious schemes of change, and although taken as examples from other countries (Latam News, 2012) such as Canada, Portugal, Holland and Switzerland that have allocated much of their budgets to this, identifying what perceptions are held about them, can guarantee an effectiveness greater in its objectives and a greater benefit for those people who benefit from it. This is how, through the study of social representations created by street people with respect to CAMAD, one can get closer to the expected effects in the population, allowing their objectives to be established in one way or another.
