The most valuable resource of any organization without any doubt is human, and that is the backbone of all processes, allowing the company to strengthen or else be extinguished; hence the importance of worrying about their motivation, expectations and proposals towards achieving common goals. Staff turnover is a problem that many organizations face; Because of this analysis Finamerica (Financial America) will be held SA finance company, which has experience in the field of microfinance in Colombia, and over time has sought continuous improvement for the benefit of internal and external customers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the causes of turnover and its influence on Finamerica SA, during the period 2010-2014. In researching all possible causes that influence this phenomenon, and in turn the level of satisfaction will be known by their officials, indicators of turnover in the commercial area, detailing business consultants and office managers, to be developed have opportunities for improvement.
