In the present proposal it is tried to show the importance of the creation of the program of Labor Wellbeing for the Company Links of Caribbean S.A.S, within the area of Human Talent. Starting by exploring the basic aspects of the organization such as its vision, its mission, to what it is dedicated as a company and what products it offers to the market as well as knowing its organizational structure. It will be carried out the approach of the problem, based on some authors who formulate their theories on labor issues and welfare, identifying various opinions that give basis to the identification of the failures that may be presented within the organization. That is why the reasons why this initiative is carried out will be justified, giving possible solutions to the disadvantages that may arise during the preparation and presentation of this, taking into account the updating of the international technical standards that the company is using in the moment. In this way, the research baseline and the main objective to carry out the proposal for the creation of the Labor Welfare Program will be announced, whereby the specific objectives are extracted in order to implement it within the action plan in where the goals and activities that entail the realization of this program will be highlighted. Likewise, to formulate the diagnostic methodology, two information gathering techniques will be used, such as direct observation and the survey, whose objectives are to have a clearer vision of the scope of the proposed objectives. In addition, the company's SWOT matrix will be announced, generating a diagnosis resulting from the aforementioned analysis. In effect, it is given as a reference framework, some authors who excel in the various studies that have been made throughout history and that give rise to the foundation and importance of the proposal to be developed. Likewise, the legal framework that interacts when making a Labor Welfare proposal is disclosed. Thus, the conceptual framework is presented, which discloses the most relevant terms in the development of Labor Welfare, by means of the approaches to some authors who give their point of view on the subject to be treated and other relevant as it is Quality of Life at work and its impact on the personal and business environment of a community. In the same way, some key aspects within the company are analyzed and they influence the development of this document, such as the production of the company and its activity, the most important resources that affect the Labor Welfare and the infrastructure in the that develops and exercises its actions. On the other hand, the development of the practice will be known, taking into account the fieldwork used in the visits to the company, which is why the process carried out by the members of this document is presented, thus leading to generate the results of the business consulting, describing relevant results. In this way, the objective of the Labor Welfare Program is based on itself, where the feeling of this and its search within the company is explained. In this way, a quality policy for this program is proposed, where it proposes efficient and feasible capacities that contribute to the development and construction of this. Likewise, the Labor Welfare program is integrated into the organization's current organizational chart, with the participation of two more members who will support and work on compliance with the recommended activities. In this order, the profiles to be developed are set out, reflecting the knowledge, skills and experience required to fill these positions. Thanks to the development of the proposal, the activities will be reflected, along with their objectives and the methodologies to be applied for the Labor Welfare Program, thus providing a schedule of the actions that can be executed in a term of six (6) months to from the implementation of this scheme to be approved. Consequently, an incentive plan is created that seeks to satisfy the needs of employees and the employer, where its main objective is to motivate and promote teamwork and meet proposed goals and objectives, within a theoretical framework that helps to base the creation of this. Since, it is necessary to evaluate the objectives, a technical sheet of indicators is composed, which allows the measurement and compliance of different factors that seek to generate optimal results for decision making. As a result, a budget is released that allows establishing what the initial creation of the program may cost, with important items so that the operation of this program is optimal and adequate.
