The use of a second language has been a privilege globally, but over time it became a necessity in the educational, sociocultural and socioeconomic sectors. That is why, in Colombia, from the Ministry of National Education through the bilingualism project (2004-2019), it establishes conditions to improve communicative competence in the formal and non-formal educational system. Taking as reference the national project of bilingualism, we see the need to venture into new and innovative methodologies for the teaching and learning of this second language. By implementing different activities that come out of the traditional teacher's planning; that are intentionally motivating in the process of meaningful learning, in order to reevaluate the way in which the student is to be reached and his way of learning.
