Entrepreneurship is an initiative that is characterized by highlighting those attitudes and skills that a person has to develop, create and carry out an idea, which has a prospect of growth, development and innovation, generating then from different points of view benefits in common, that is, a growth in the market, hiring people, providing a product or service in a certain consumer sector and therefore the economic benefit received for executing this idea. How do the professors of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia promote the development of entrepreneurship in their classrooms? The main objective is to identify the knowledge and application of entrepreneurship as a teaching strategy in the teachers of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. Why entrepreneurship and our teachers ?, Because today is of great importance this issue, due to high levels of unemployment and the precarious jobs that people must access to meet their needs. For this reason, research instruments and techniques will be used, such as the interviews and surveys for this case, where we will seek to identify if the network of teachers of the Cooperativa de Colombia University possesses the knowledge and is able to impart through strategies, teachings embodied in their course plans appropriate training, using as a structural basis their course plan, which should be focused on motivating and encouraging the students of the University to have an entrepreneurial vision, thus looking for the student to have in mind be an entrepreneur and not an employee.
