Para esta investigación se toma como referencia 2 posturas puntualmente, en algunos discursos por momentos parecerán ser contrarias, pero invitan finalmente a la transformación de la educación como son las de Paulo Freire y Michel Foucault, explicadas a continuación. Como base de partida en esta investigación se quiere presentar algunas posturas de Michel Foucault, quien en 1975 apoyo su discurso planteándolo dentro del libro “Vigilar y castigar”. Desde donde se plantea un sistema educativo que sigue actual, en muchas partes gracias a las instituciones y ¿porque no?, a los mismos maestros. Desde esta postura se plantea que la educación está diseñada para ejercer relaciones de poder que están presentes siempre en la sociedad; en la educación desde la autoridad y la disciplina se “forman” sujetos que encajen allí. Por el contrario, Paulo Freire propone la crítica como pertinente en la educación, donde se debe dejar de plantear la educación como un proceso meramente de transmisión de información, repensándola, invitándola a salir del aula, rompiendo las estructuras que llevan de manera “cómoda” muchos años de la misma manera. Desde esta postura, el estudiante es dueño también de su proceso y con ello desafiar a los maestros a generar cambios en sus discursos, a salir de una zona de confort donde la educación actual no se permite estar inmóvil, sino todo lo contrario a estar en constante evolución, permeándose de los desafíos de la actualidad, a los cuales, el maestro invite a dirigir la mirada hacia allá. Para el caso en particular, ocupa analizar si la función social de la educación se sujeta a los parámetros mínimos que su concepción sociológica encierra o abarca, los cuales, a título de ejemplo se pueden supeditar a: 1. Asegurar la continuidad social; 2. Promover el cambio social; 3. Adaptar a los individuos al grupo; 4. Ejercer un control social; 5. Servir a los fines políticos; 6. Realizar una selección social; 7. Disminuir las diferencias sociales; 8. Promover el desarrollo material de la sociedad. Lo anterior, en consideración a que la educación como derecho fundamental y servicio público se supedita a brindar la cobertura, acceso, permanencia y calidad de este (Corte Constitucional Sentencia T-457/18); motivo por el cual, su campo de acción debe extenderse al inalcanzable propósito de hacer cesar las brechas que impiden el rompimiento de las desigualdades económicas y sociales que truncan su acceso.Publicación Acceso abierto Debilitamiento de la escritura jurídica en el sistema organizacional actual: análisis de sus causas y estrategias de mejora(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Posgrado, Especialización en Docencia Universitaria, Bogotá, 2024-02-05) Sánchez Suárez, María Fernanda; Prieto Díaz, Claudia MónicaEl presente trabajo tiene como base una problemática que se manifiesta día a día en los entornos organizacionales, relacionada con las deficiencias en el uso del lenguaje escrito, pues, se evidencian dificultades en cuanto a las habilidades escritoras de los profesionales a la hora de elaborar un texto, asociadas a la redacción, ortografía, sintaxis, cohesión, coherencia, entre otras. Habilidades de escritura, que son de gran importancia en la vida laboral y de las organizaciones, ya que estas últimas, requieren de profesionales competentes, que logren desenvolverse de manera eficiente en los diferentes aspectos y tareas que se precisen, siendo la comunicación escrita uno de los elementos claves dentro del ámbito organizacional. En este contexto, según el concepto de organización basado en el Fayolismo, Espinoza Soto Mayor (2009). dice que “el individuo es parte del todo organizacional y de su estructura para conseguir la eficiencia. La organización debe ser una estructura mutua entre lo humano y lo material en donde se especifican, de manera detallada, las operaciones y las funciones que las personas deben cumplir para conseguir los fines esperados” (pág.3). Sin embargo, la observación a través del tiempo ha hecho visible una tendencia a ir en contravía de dicha eficiencia y a caer en el reproceso ya que, las debilidades de los colaboradores de las organizaciones (usualmente de los de menor jerarquía), en lo que respecta a la generación de documentos hacen que, en aras de la calidad del contenido, sus superiores deban dedicar parte de su tiempo a la revisión y corrección de los mismos. Se convierte así, en un desgaste para los niveles jerárquicos superiores dentro de la organización, el recordar a sus subalternos que la comunicación escrita en un ámbito profesional (ya sea sobre un papel o a través de medios digitales) debe caracterizarse por un correcto manejo de las normas ortográficas y gramaticales, la redacción y la sintaxis. Lo que incide a su vez, en que la percepción por parte de los líderes de las organizaciones frente a los procesos de escritura de sus colaboradores no sea muy favorable, pues no se evidencia calidad en cuanto a la producción textual de éstos en el día a día; lo cual hace notoria la necesidad de fortalecer las habilidades escriturales de los profesionales que hacen parte de las organizaciones puesto que éstas permiten el desarrollo de competencias comunicativas que son de suma importancia en la práctica laboral. Para el caso particular de este trabajo de grado, surge el interés por el abordaje de la escritura en el ámbito organizacional jurídico, el cual desde luego incluye a los equipos de trabajo que se conforman al interior de las firmas de abogados. Se distingue por ser cualquier dato o hecho que posea significado y utilidad, generando así una multiplicidad de formas informativas. El filósofo Byung- Chul Han, en su obra "La Digitalización y la Crisis de la Democracia," acuña el término "infocracia" para referirse al manejo de la información y su impacto en la democracia, explorando cómo influye en la gobernabilidad y la toma de decisiones basada en el acceso y gestión de la información.Vivimos en una era en la que la información es abundante y accesible gracias a la tecnología, lo que, paradójicamente, la hace efímera y carente de veracidad. Ante este panorama, resulta crucial comprender que la información no solo abarca datos y conocimientos, sino que se almacena, codifica, transmite y transforma, adquiriendo valor a través de la interacción humana en función de su utilidad. Este análisis se realiza tomando como base la normativa establecida por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en Colombia en los Lineamientos Curriculares en el contexto específico del Colegio R.R. (Religiosas) Oblatas al Divino Amor. La primera fase se enfoca en la recolección de información documental a través de un estado del arte, posteriormente en el análisis de los resultados de las pruebas Saber 11º y su comparación con el desempeño académico de los estudiantes en matemáticas a lo largo de su formación en el colegio en los años escolares 2018 y 2022. Para finalmente centrar la investigación en la comparación y análisis de los resultados, con el objetivo de proporcionar una evaluación crítica de los mismos y de esta manera ofrecer herramientas para un autodiagnóstico institucional, que logre identificar áreas de mejora e implementar de estrategias de cambio en el ámbito educativo académico de la institución educativa. El análisis toma diversas categorías de la evaluación para el área de matemáticas en las pruebas Saber 11º, incluyendo percentiles además de las evaluaciones y calificaciones escolares, que midan el nivel del estudiante y el nivel institucional respecto a los estándares del ICFES. Los datos obtenidos no solo serán útiles para la institución educativa de estudio, sino también para otras instituciones interesadas en enfrentar desafíos similares en Bogotá. Emotions like psychophysiological reactions for adaptability to internal stimuli and events and external aspects of the human being need to be managed and administered in such a way that this natural condition does not turn into a traumatic and unfortunate experience. historically the Humanity has characterized emotions as positive and negative, generating in the people the desire to feel joy, love and happiness. In the same way as the human being yearns emotions characterized as pleasant, has generated aversion for those perhaps defined as negative, creating rejection in the face of feeling sadness, fear, anger, disgust, guilt and shame. Surely emotions are not good or bad, they are just emotions. The Colombian National Police, as an armed civilian body, establishes in its functions and missionality the preservation of security as well as the coexistence of the members of the society. In an underdeveloped nation with more than 50 years of wars and social conflicts, daily the official of the institution is forced to attend to police cases extremely dangerous, complex and challenging.The members of this institution in making their professional decisions move in a fine line based on his work exercise and the preservation of his life, which is exposed at all times, as there is excess in the execution of actions typical of police dynamics, thus generating the use of behaviors that are sometimes characterized by the lack of management of their emotions, this being represented in aspects such as lack of self-control, little empathy, difficulty resolving conflicts, zero assertive communication and inadequate control of impulses. One of the objectives of this work is to socialize the institution National Police of Colombia, through the direction of police education, a pedagogical proposal in management that allows to include in their training programs a series of tools and skills that aim at the psycho-emotional training of the police man and woman, thus contributing to professional practice and performance in all human spheres. In it national and international level there are investigations that reveal the problem mentioned and the need to be intervened, several authors in their proposals agree regarding the relevance of strengthening psychosocial skills in the members of the police forces, in such a way that it allows the professionals assigned to said institutions, develop their work in a better way. Despite this, no research establishes the formative intervention as a process pedagogy that is included in the different stages of police education, an aspect that, if considered, it would guarantee basic training for those individuals whose desire was the professional development as a member of the police institution. Consequently, from the above, it begins with the brief presentation of the authors who start as background of this research, which supported the preparation of this document, since, at the Latin American level, dropout is a latent problem and not only for basic and secondary education, but also for higher education (undergraduate and graduate) in both private and public institutions. that is why, through studies carried out at the institutional level by entities such as the OECD and the World Bank, we try to address and help monitor this phenomenon of dropout in the academic field, since, although countries try to reduce this phenomenon, on the contrary in statistics it increases more and more. Previously, when thinking about desertion, it was thought that the east did not impact higher education, because it was based on the premise that those who decided to integrate into an undergraduate or postgraduate degree did so of their own volition, however this has been denied with the passage of time; that is why the MEN has designated the SNIES as a regulatory body for Higher Education Institutions through the specialized program in desertion called SPADIES, which was born with the need to know and statistically evidence the abandonment of academic programs, through periodic reports presented by universities to academic secretaries. However, although the MEN designated a special space to evaluate the dropout, it still does not present a report that speaks in detail of the entities of higher education, and of the factors that affect the undergraduate and postgraduate of the public and private universities, nevertheless, the universities have presented research documents that have properly investigated what factors affect the students, Among these are personal factors, family factors, socioeconomic factors, academic factors, among others. So, one of the characteristics of these factors is that they usually interconnect with each other, that is, they act simultaneously in the person who decides to abandon their studies, therefore, it has not been possible to establish a central axis of this problem, which is why in this research the fundamental concepts are broken down to know the phenomenon from the point of view of education accompanied by theories in order to contextualize the UCC. It should be emphasized that this research was carried out through a mixed methodology, since, in its approach, it seeks to obtain an exact approximation of the phenomenon that is being studied, using as a data collection tool a survey to which open and closed questions were assigned to be able to understand and contextualize how is the behavior of the social factors that influence the desertion of the Master in Management of organizations. In Colombia this growth has not been different, but it has been significant in the last 5 years, where we went from 278 units registered in 2016 to 17,702 units of electric mobility vehicles (BEV, HEV, PHEV) in 2021, showing a growth of 194.8% with respect to 2020. Clearly from the academy, research has been an important factor, given that through research has opened the possibility of making so many evolutions in the automotive field. However, in order to address the entire problem, teachers must also be included in their teaching role, which also has a significant impact on the learning process of each student. We have been in the pandemic for 2 years and although society has considerably reconfigured the ways of teaching/learning, no one has attempted to assess whether these decisions are correct under virtual modalities. Possibly the poor results of these practices begin to gain importance a couple of years later, when the academic performance of young people is unfeasible in subjects that require basic foundations, but well established since their university beginnings. This intervention seeks to promptly identify the individual and collective difficulties of both teachers and students and promotes planning of real actions aimed at eliminating the causes. Virtual education is not taking a video transmission of a class board, it is reaching, convincing and ensuring knowledge, but above all taking advantage of the immense world of digital tools that are there in the cloud for everyone's disposal. Precisely this intervention focuses on developing a pedagogical program that serves as a response to the difficulties that arise from the diagnosis and that allows closing the gap between formal face-to-face education and virtual education for the mathematical sciences of these first-semester engineering students. After the intervention, it is expected that the teaching of mathematics in digital environments not only has better results than face-to-face teaching, but also serves as a collateral effect to the implementation of these tools within the same face-to-face studies and why not to replicate it and extend it to other areas of knowledge.
