This bibliographic review arises from the need to strengthen the structure and functioning of business dynamics through qualitative research, based on the heuristic and hermeneutical method, so that in this way the changes that consolidate the integration of the area can be made aware. of human resources and organizational psychology. Therefore, an analysis is carried out within the conceptual framework, which covers issues such as organization, history of organizational psychology, organizational psychology, resources and human resources, which theoretically base the bibliographic review contextualizing the contribution of organizational psychology to the area From Human Resources. Taking into consideration the aforementioned, the results of this review will be based on the analysis previously carried out in Chapter II, achieving in this way to reach final considerations, thus generating favorable knowledge for entrepreneurs.
