The following intervened project reveals the difficulties and / or needs of primary school students in cycles two and three (second third, fourth and fifth) of Guillermo Cano Isaza School and, based on what has been found, generate strategies that reduce and prevent the problem. Based on the problems that are presented in the institution which are: learning problems and lack of support from parents in academic processes. The application of the neurolinguistic programming model will be carried out, with the aim of developing attitudes in each student of cycles two and three in primary school for a greater academic performance; for this, psychoeducational workshops will be held in the different courses to publicize the neurolinguistic programming model and strategies such as role play, dramatizations, play activities etc; which will be used and developed effectively and effectively with the support of parents and teachers for the development of attitudes (behaviors): facing the subjects, academic commitments, increased creativity, development of educational goals to short term proposed by each student, motivation, relationships in the classroom and student quality in order to generate a significant improvement in the academic process.
