The present report aims to tell the reader the circumstances faced during the stage of work practice that the student had to cope with. The objectives are established in the same way, establishment of the main problem in the findings that was determined as the lack of administrative organization in the appointment of positions and expansion of the officials of this area in order to exercise control over daily operations or activities in the future of the corporate purpose of the private entity HYB NEGOCIOS SAS. During the practice different activities are carried out; The management of the processes in the Tryton software, such as the one, is explored; creation of third parties, preparation of sales invoices, causes of expenses and costs, with its designation of cost center and related taxes; Preparation of exit vouchers. Support in the settlement of different tax obligations. There has also been extensive support in the administrative area promoting the follow-up of the preparation of the payroll and its payment complying with the regulatory requirements and the signing of the corresponding expenses, the receipt of correspondence and its response, the realization of the quotation, among others. It is concluded that the entity is in a process of growth as it is a relatively new company, constituted on January 31, 2019. In this way, a framework of observations and recommendations is created that will benefit the organization of the entity, such as hiring of additional personnel and the clear designation of functions, taking control that allows to follow up on the designated activities.
