It is becoming increasingly important the importance that the hotel management gives to the perception of the customers of the quality of the service, more in cities in population growth and tourism as presently it is presented in Villavicencio, especially developed in the area Rural, whereby the study aimed to identify the perception of the clients about the Quality of service in the rural hotels (ecotourism farms - agro tourism) of the city of Villavicencio, for which a study of mixed approach was advanced, and of descriptive type, using the survey as an instrument of information collection, which was applied to 304 hosts of the study object. Among the main results are that there is a high perception of the good quality of the services provided in the accommodations evaluated, with intangible assets and empathy being the most favorable. Therefore it is necessary that the country hotels (ecotourism farms - agro tourism) adjust their service strategy around key issues.
