Por medio de la comparación sectorial y el uso de la metodología de la Quinta Hélice Sistémica desarrollada en la investigación denominada “Identificación de los factores que determinan la competitividad internacional en la industria maquiladora del sector electrónico de Tijuana, Baja California, México”, realizada como tesis doctoral en la Universidad de Baja California durante el 2009 y el 2011, se propone una serie de variables sistémicas para el sector cooperativo y de la economía social para la exploración de una investigación que acerque a las determinantes del estado de desarrollo y su competitividad, generando con ello indicadores para los sectores: cooperativas, educación cooperativa, gobierno (políticas públicas para el cooperativismo), asociaciones cooperativas y consultores de cooperativas, que representen un marco de referencia de la evaluación sistémica del desarrollo del cooperativismo regional.
Through the sectorial comparison and the use of the methodology of the Fifth Systemic Helix developed in the research “Identification of the Factors Determining International Competitiveness in the Maquiladora Industry of the Electronic Sector of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico”, performed as doctoral thesis at the Universidad de Baja California in 2009 and 2011, this paper proposes a series of systemic variables for the cooperative sector and the social economy for the exploration of a research that approaches to the determinants of the state of development and its competitiveness, generating indicators for this sectors: cooperatives, cooperative education, government (public policy for the cooperativism), cooperatives associations and cooperatives consultants, representing a framework of systematic evaluation of the regional cooperative development.
