This document represents all the research work carried out by the students who choose the title of psychologists of the Cooperative University of Colombia within the research "Effective leadership and its impact on the increase of organizational commitment". Where the following three phases were developed; first the description of the project, specifying general and specific objectives for the development of the research, in addition to the method to be implemented in it; second, the theoretical definition of fundamental concepts and third is the analysis and consolidation of the final considerations that contain all the contributions that were found in the course of the documentary research. Considering all this, it is reflected that organizational climate studies are a means of discovering from the beginning specific sources of irritation and discomfort among employees and, on the other hand, which are the specific sources of motivation and job satisfaction. They are often related to issues that can be easily corrected as soon as they are known, thereby avoiding later difficulties. Studies on leadership styles and organizational climate are necessary and very important because thanks to these you can know how to act at a certain time and situation to improve the climate, increase motivation and job satisfaction of members of an organization
