The goal of this project is to formulate competitive improvement strategies for medium-sized family businesses in the transport and storage sector in the AMB, taking as a study 15 companies assigned by the project director, which correspond to 44% of the 34 companies registered in the chamber of comerce of Bucaramanga on a total of 718 that concern the eight economic sectors, following a methodological and deductive process, because it was based on theoretical sources that managed to understand the study of this sector. To achieve this, a structured survey was used as an instrument that evaluates the dimention of quality, innovation, human talent, customer service, strategic planning, organizational behavior, this in order to identify strengths and weaknesses and based on them to propose strategies of improvement and strengthening with a view to obtaining high levels of competitiveness in family organizations.
