Adaptación psicolegal de los jóvenes vinculados al sistema de responsabilidad penal juvenil en el centro de orientación juvenil "Luis Amigo" - Cajicà

Abstract

This research seeks to identify the characteristics of psychological and legal adaptation of 12 young people who initiate "reeducation" processes in an institution attached to the ICBF after being accepted by the Criminal Responsibility of Adolescents system, through the analysis of their narrative in the light of socioconstructionism. . Within the adaptive characteristics found, there was high external influence with environments of ambivalent criteria on crime, delinquency and psychoactive consumption, which together with legal measures executed laxly lead to the interactions of adolescents corresponding to their own understanding of the system. From the cybernetics, flaws were found in the theory that sustains the legal measures and their claims, together with a social crisis after the fragmentation of the knowledge of the human and the urgent need to establish solid parameters on the goals of public policies, being insufficient the treatments with a view to "re-socialization".
