In this project you will find an answer to the question, What are the characteristics of organizational psychology and its relationship with the administration? Through a qualitative study, using the methodology of documentary inquiry, which corresponds to the search, review and collection of information using as an instrument the analytical summaries of the RAE written, from research processes already exposed on the subject corresponding to the characteristics between organizational psychology and administration. According to the studies directed to the organizational psychology and its relationship with the administration, it has been shown that it is mediated by the individual differences that exist in each of the two sciences, and that they originate in an interrelation between the variables, with aspects such as the fields of work, and guidelines, which orientates their preferences towards different factors, without leaving aside a level of unity between the two sciences.
