Current organizations require quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction in order to guarantee a good product or service, offering attention that leads to implement the needs of the same without leaving aside factors such as: the environment, competitiveness , strategies; all this related to a sustainable economic development that is reflected in the performance of the employees of the companies, who in turn with ethics and responsibility applied to the objectives set by the companies allow to implement or establish the guidelines that all SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY demands as a priority element to measure the impact not only on lucrative results of the organizations but also as a benefit for the environment, family and society that involves society.
