Due to the nature of human beings, they must have a constant relationship with others, and they also need to group together to achieve common goals. Thus, the following article describes the way in which human talent has a revealing and transforming effect on organizations, in addition to showing the way in which the motivation influences a worker and the result that it has in the workplace productivity, because the factors that raise this aspect range from culture to the work environment. The Management of Human Talent should be the main axis of any organization, all this to turn the worker as a partner and not reach the point of considering it only a tool. The employee must be seen as an intelligent, capable person, with the responsibility of having initiative, and with innate abilities that allow him to participate in the fulfillment of goals.
