The globalization of the world economy has generated that the companies become those that are developed in the highly competitive companies, in this context there is talk of improvement of the processes, the optimization of the quality and the human talent. TELEVIGILANCIA LTDA, in a company dedicated to vehicle tracking by Global Positioning System (GPS), electronic surveillance and physical surveillance in the cities of Neiva, Bogotá, Villavicencio, Florence, Pitalito, Garzón and Mocoa, generating today more than sixty thirty and five Direct and one hundred indirect. During the last six years, the company has experienced significant growth at the regional and national levels, generating an increase of thirty percent in its personnel requirements, mainly in its operational area, in order to meet the projected goals of government licenses. A need to update functions and reevaluate the dangerous ones for each of the thirty three jobs is in place, determine the skills and competencies the employee has to perform the position and the power to roles and responsibilities, the maintenance of service quality Both internal and external customer, and thus be able to generate greater efficiency and profit margin. This document contains information on the application applied during the update process of the twenty-nine load profiles and functions manual, with their respective hierarchical location, load objective, commitment, functions, experience and competencies, for administrative positions and operational within the organizational structure of the company; Likewise, the need to create four additional load profiles that better fit the functions they perform in the company was evident, as a result of the thirty-three personal interviews required for restructuring; In addition, the approach and application of one hundred and five surveys was used as one of the different techniques in the organizational culture as a diagnostic that seeks the shortcomings in the organizational climate and determine which is the best strategy.
