This trough a brain training process that will achieve maximum cognitive performance in students, responding to the following question: What is the first thing you must learn to manage as Administrator? Your Brain. In the training process of students, and even when they get into is not even evaluated their brain performance, this linked to this college dropout levels handled extremely high levels. What has been shown is that the college dropout is directly related to learning problems, attention problems, cerebral performance problems or emotional management. Therefore it is important to assess the level of Cerebral Performance of students at different levels correlating with Neurofeedback in generating progress in academic factor. The training process will have as a main tool the IRC Brain Performance Index that identifies the performance level of the brain based on the Neuro-competencies: Amplitude Attention, Maintenance Memory, Encoding Memory, Dual Execution, Learning Curve and Coefficient Attention. This will generate through this innovative tool an effective strategy to reduce college dropout rates by academic factors, and evaluated in external factors that could also potentially affect a student's academic development.
