Abstract

The purpose of this degree project is to describe the psychosocial, legal and family adaptation of the young people of COJLA who are in the process of strengthening the reeducation process of the institution. To fulfill this objective, a qualitative research was proposed, with a non-experimental descriptive design where the technique used is the semi-structured interview. For the presentation of the results, a detailed analysis of the narratives obtained from the 11 young people in the sample is carried out, in which it is possible to infer the adaptability that young people have in the psychosocial, family and legal areas. Subsequently, and thanks to the contributions of the narratives studied, an analysis of the collected information is carried out in order to describe how currently young people are adapted to these areas where it is evident that a psychological level has not been completed. change on the part of minors, at the family level there is an adaptability to family dysfunctionality, with respect to social adaptability young people are based on the internal behavioral codes of their system, however at the general level of society it is not adequate and in the last it is evident that there is no adequate adaptability to the legal system.
