Based on this research work, the main objective is the construction of a psychophysiological evaluation protocol based on the Theory of Mind through the basic emotions of child victims. Because of this, an instrumental study is carried out "considered as belonging to this category all studies aimed at the development of tests and devices, including both the design and adaptation of them" (Montero, León, 2002) research requires the victim population and observer of bullying; which is implemented through a medical history and a questionnaire, it identifies the child with this type of profiles, the design of this, is created through the E-prime program and psychophysiological measures are recognized through the Powerlab instrument. As a purpose; this project provides an evaluation protocol that allows to help at the social, educational, cultural and family level, mitigate the different problems of today that arise in the classroom in the face of bullying.
