The realization of this state of art is due to the need to recognize the diverse forms or ways that exist for the teaching of a second language mediated by technologies. It is important to highlight the incredible motivation generated in the student of a new language, to have access to it or to be guided through technological means. On the other hand, an analysis is made about the use of technologies in primary school, secondary school and in the university context, especially in the English class. A revision is made by different social and school contexts in order to have a global vision about the use of technologies for teaching a second language. Another important aspect is the competence on the part of the teacher towards the use of new technologies. Finally, reference is made to the management of English today, and how it has become a necessity every day when you aspire to a new job, you want to travel, meet new people, pursue higher studies, or simply want to stand out in the world labor.
