The present report is a part of the research Project. It is called El Blog-Cinema: Una estrategia para trabajar la comprensión lectora en Inglés. Also, this study highlights the creation of a virtual blog called “Un Blog de Película” for the realization of a classroom project that involves the 9-6 students from Colegio Técnico Industrial José Elías Puyana. This research takes into account a mixed methodology using quantitative instruments and the implementation of reading strategies in English as a foreign language through Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in order to read different types of texts using the target language and the creation of a film that lets the students discover their creativity and have an interest about English taking into account the Problem-Based Learning.
