Resumen
This reflection exercise aims to present the Cooperative University of Colombia (hereinafter UCC) the proposal of a vision model to articulate the foundations of education in social and solidarity economy that are taught at the university and therefore in the the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the Bogota Campus, with the proposals of Shared Value Creation (Hereinafter CVC), which give a humanistic sense to the management of postmodern organizations. The postulates of Porter and Kramer (2011) are taken on the concept of Shared Value Creation and this trend is established based on Corporate Social Responsibility and evidences the advantages and strengths that the CVC represents for companies. If the proposal to articulate education in Social and Solidarity Economy (hereinafter ESS) is accepted with the business strategy of the CVC, it can become the first step to generate new promotions of administrators under the competency approach based on the triad of knowing-being-doing. Finally, a call is made that the appropriation of the business strategy of CVC, not only depends on the educational model of the UCC, the teachers; the main actors are the students.
