This work was carried out under the modality of Corporate Social Practice, focused on the design and implementation of an external communication strategy for the positioning of Acme Ingenieros S.A.S. For this purpose, the communicative need was determined through participant observation, and jointly with the company it was evidenced that the company had not defined a communication process at an external level, for this reason, it was proposed to design a strategy oriented to the construction of a new corporate image to achieve positioning the brand within the market. This strategy was executed using digital means of easy access and use, to achieve continuity of the process by the company, once the practice ended. In this sense, it was pertinent to carry out this practice to know the communication processes of the company, in order to develop a strategy according to the communication needs of the company.
