This investigation has as aim analyze the social perception that the students of psychology have from the results obtained in the Index of Educational Incorporation of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia in Santiago of Cali, south headquarters. For this there is done an interpretation of the results of the Index of Incorporation Guides 34 that were applied to 175 students of fifthly to tenth semester of the career of psychology. The results of the index of incorporation were described in agreement to the processes, components and negotiations (board, academic and community) of the university. The social perception was analyzed from the interpretation of the results obtained in the index of incorporation in the light of the theoretical and conceptual elements of the social perception. The relevancy of the study this investigation is in the frame of the social psychology of the education. There was in use a quantitative methodology of not experimental court of descriptive type, using like technical of compilation of information the questionnaire for students of the Index of Incorporation He Guides 34 validated and used by the Department of National Education for To realize the process of autoevaluation of the management in incorporation, orientated to recognizing the current condition in the attention to the diversity, analyzing the strengths and opportunities of improvement, establishing priorities and taking decisions to qualify the conditions of learning, participation and conviviality of his community (MEN, 2008, pp 13). The application of the questionnaire for students was realized by 175 students of psychology of fifthly to tenth semester in May, 2014. This investigation the methodology proposed by the Guide adopted 34 of the Department of National Education for the interpretation of the information. Inside the results to standing out one thought that the global index that obtained the Cooperative University of Colombia of Santiago of Cali, south headquarters were of 1,92 which indicates that the students of psychology of the UCC, perceive that his university realizes inclusive actions inside each of the negotiations so much academic, managerial and community being these not very known not spread clearly by the students. These results from the perspective of social perception demonstrate that the students had general attributions with relation to the Index of Incorporation of the University, since a permanent consistency was generated in the puntajes that were given to them to different manage, exposing that this attribution of interpreting and understanding why one presents possible difficulties in the moments to recognize and to make actions explicit to generate an inclusive culture in the university
