This research and psychosocial intervention seeks to find, or generate, a practical and structured methodology to promote the change of thought and aggressive and problematic behavior in the population of the municipality of slaughter, Santander through the project "build peace is part of all" the which is developed in partnership with the faculty of psychology of the Cooperativa de Colombia University and the Mining Society of Santander MINESA SAS This social business practice has as its main objective to generate a positive impact in terms of the well-being of the Matanzas population that takes advantage of its opportunities, through a tool that allows mitigating the social problems that have arisen because of mining, and in turn through This agreement contributes to the social progress of the province of Soto Norte. That is why in the modality of degree the student of psychology will approach three programs, one for students, another for families and the last one for the population in general. The project is based on cognitive theory, where one works from meaningful learning and emotional intelligence and the impact of the programs is measured by means of the pre-test instrument of previous knowledge and the post-test of acquired knowledge, each program counts with several workshop-type activities that include sensitization, lectures, psychological tests and high-impact content. The first part of the present work of modality of degree shows the main points that originated the interest of the research work, as well as the justification of the pertinence of the subject; In addition, both hypotheses and research questions and the objectives of this work are presented, the theoretical framework of the research is immediately reviewed, deepening the topics of prevention of psychoactive substance use and life project, family ties, self-esteem, self-knowledge and self-efficacy, as a theoretical support to guide the design of a methodology that promotes the integral development of the intervened population. The methodological aspects of the work are explained below, among which are the method used and the scenario where the work is carried out, as well as the instruments used and the procedure implemented, then the results obtained are shown and finally presents some conclusions that were generated during the process and end of this work, proposing practical uses of the information obtained in the methodology and possible lines of research for future exploration. Thus, the final meaning of this work of degree modality is to achieve through the instructional plan developed after the investigation, the successful approach of the three programs to all the population that requires it and to demonstrate the fundamental role of the role of the psychologist in the culture of peace and reconciliation so longed for in society.
