Thanks to the joint work carried out in the Municipal Educational Institution Manuela Ayala de Gaitán, it was possible to demonstrate the difficulties that students with hearing disabilities have to communicate with their classmates and teachers. For this reason, we saw the need to implement a communicative channel to facilitate their interpersonal relationships through information between the directives and the students of the school. At the same time, as a communicative strategy, the proposal was established to carry out a project related to the management of communication channels to empower students with hearing disabilities in the Municipal Educational Institution Manuela Ayala de Gaitán located in the municipality of Facatativá Cundinamarca, where evidence the inclusion to students with different disabilities. Therefore, a newspaper was implemented that is directed to the design, structure and content of it made by deaf students, where it is evident how they perceive the daily news. In this way it is sought that students with hearing disabilities have empowerment of traditional communication channels and also be heard.
