In the modality of social and business practice degree of the Cooperative University of Colombia, in the company RCN Television (Av Americas # 68-53), the student Paula Galeano made an internal communication diagnosis of the company news. This describen communicational diagnosis was made with the communication tools DOFA, MEFI, MEFE, MIC and DENISON CULTURE STUDY. Under the analyzes carried out, the organization must prioritize the area of internal communication, a department that has not fulfilled a year of opening in a company of more than 50 years nationally and internationally (Robledo, 2018). For this reason, each of the events, behaviors, habits and customs of the collaborators in the organization are analyzed, which contribute and contribute to the continuous development of the organizational processes, environment and climate of the company RCN in its newscast. The products delivered in this degree work are intended as an input to know and create a communications plan that mitigates the current situation of the organization. In this way, we analyze, investigate and conclude how the last 10 years of the organization and its changing directors have impacted on their identity and corporate image, on their television products.
