The business plan to offer services in external communication consultancies and brand positioning, is born mainly by the interest of two social communicators for the organizational sector in a timely manner, in relation to the operation of communication from medium-sized companies to their external audiences and likewise the status of its corporate image, which is projected on the brand. Starting from that, the business plan Moyen C and I was born, to help medium-sized companies in the sportswear sector; the chosen sector was punctual, after observations made of how sportswear have begun to have a leading role in clothing trends, for men, women and children. In the development of the work, different elements are presented to sustain the project from the theoretical, technical and viability of the company's creation. The objective general of the work was to create a business plan to offer services in external communication and brand positioning in the city of Bogotá, which is referenced to comply in its entirety; as a differentiating element, there is the point of two social communicators wishing to work with the district community to support entrepreneurs who aspire to have their business recognized nationally and even internationally.
