The following degree work contains the results of a field study as a case study carried out in Superstore Suva branch offices, where a study was made to the employees of the product sections of said warehouse in order to identify the different styles of leadership according to the MultifactorLeadershipQuestionnaire (MLQ) developed by the authors Bernard Bass and Bruce Avolio (2000) and then adapted by the work of grade adaptation of the multifactorial leadership questionnaire (MLQ Form 5X Short) of B. Bass and B. Avolio to the organizational context Chilean developed by Carolina Vega Villa and Gloria Zabala Villalon (2004) The latter make reference to the fact that the research topic will serve as the basis for contributions to the Full Range Leadership Model, and the continuation of studies on the instrument, in terms of its psychometric properties, functioning, standardization, and creation of norms. They also refer to the possibility of generating projects and programs that provide organizations with better tools to adapt to the changing environment. (Vega Villa & Zavala Villalón, 2004) In the first part of this work, the contextualization of the problem is posed, the formulation of objectives and the investigation is justified. In the second part, the theoretical framework on leadership, models, authors and positions is elaborated. In the third part the methodological design developed in the investigative process is considered. And in the fourth part the results are analyzed statistically to finally present the findings, conclusions and recommendations
