This project was carried out through the modality of Social and business practice by Brayam Alejandro López and Angie Natalia Ayala Galindo; Ninth semester students of social communication of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. The work consisted of an analysis of communication flowsthat allowed to strengthen the internal channels of the Open Market Company, today Solistica, a logistics and transport organization who opened its doors for the intervention, through its operation Merck. After field recognition and the application of interviews and surveys, information was collected to intervene in the Merck operation, with the help of the Communications Coordinator’s perspective, a pertinent analysis of the current situation of the procedure that was the pilot towards the structured recommendations in this work. In recommendation number one, a newspaper was developed as a new communication channel, with it was sought to unite the organization with the internal client through a formal means, which has room for upward, downward and horizontal flows. This proposal was winged by the company, who decided to host the pilot plan and budget a first edition for the Bogotá branch, the contents were built with students and coordination of communications.
