This academic exercise conducted psychological intervention with adolescent students of School José Hilario López municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca), featured a collective gaze of the learning environment offered to ensure the formation of the student, was taken into account privileged form the principles, values and porpoises that humans seek technical and technological developments. To participate in this process since the role of aspiring professionals of Psychology was the opportunity to provide adequate support in the development of sexual and reproductive education with which he sought to socialize theoretical, conceptual and methodological elements to reduce the level of early pregnancy in the institution and contribute to achieving optimal quality of life of the student population and especially adolescents that their hormonal status are at permanent risk of unwanted pregnancies and the spread of diseases sexual transmission. To strengthen and maintain appropriate training in aspects of sexual and reproductive health in school was designed and implemented a series of four workshops with participatory methodology, which were delivered on schedule everyday class for preventing pregnancy and the spread STD in the students in grades eleven one and eleven two, attended voluntary consent twenty six women and eleven men between fifteen and twenty years. Thirty-seven students who participated actively in the process of management and co-management for the implementation of the workshops reflected and learned about the main causes, effects, possible solutions and strategies to address the risk of teenage pregnancy and prevent the spread of STD. In developing workshops for women and young men showed real interest and receptivity to the content, methodology and meeting space, the issues raised were analyzed with mental, emotional and psychological openness, which allowed them and they assimilate appropriately favored approaches from psychology and social science that understand and comprehend the human psyche to enforce the involvement of students from the University Cooperativa of Colombia. The reflection on the issue of sexual and reproductive health in the Educational Institution allowed a closer look at social problem that occurs when school teens get pregnant regardless of the consequences of their actions, and the opinions of the participants served to create a strategy of massive diffusion into the school key and relevant information on the responsible handling of sexuality.
