Resumen
During the six-month period, the Social, Business and Solidarity practice was carried out at the Vijagual Benefit Plant, located in Bucaramanga Santander, which aimed to carry out the atlas of respiratory pathologies of cattle, through the collection of photographs and statistics of related injuries and subsequently documented. The "atlas of pathology of the bovine respiratory system" was generated due to the increase of daily seizures that occur in the Vijagual Benefit Plant and knowledge regarding the subject related to the bovine respiratory complex. This document is supported in the lesions of the bovine respiratory system where the different infectious agents are related: viruses and bacteria mainly. In the area of warning, in post-mortem inspection, viscera are identified that for some reason are not suitable for consumption, this process was reported to highlight the viscera as lungs and trachea, which after being evaluated, according to the opinion, they can be total or partial confiscation. Once selected, macroscopic lesions are evidenced, to identify them and relate them. As a final result, the information was consolidated and documented in an atlas, organized by injuries and etiologies, with its respective description and morphological diagnosis.
