This business practice proposed as a degree modality come from the need to find the communicational shortcomings in relation to the use of the mobile Davivienda app by the customers of Davivienda bank branch at the mall Gran Estación. It is important to highlight the efficiency and importance of use this virtual tool through communication, being helpful in the increase the number of customers using the application for improve the order to streamline the order of financial processes present within the branch mentioned Then, it is sought that through the estrategic communication, increased the percentage of customers downloading and using the application. Takins as reference that in November 2018 for 8078 customer who visited the branch just 161 started to use the app.
