Importancia del leasing en el crecimiento de la inversión en bienes de capital del sector agropecuario en Villavicencio

Abstract

In the department of Meta, investment is mainly concentrated in agricultural sector and agroindustrial and tourist activities, on a slower scale it occurs in some industrialization process impacting Villavicencio. The objective of this research is to determine the importance of leasing contract in the growth of the agricultural sector in respect of the capital goods investment in Villavicencio. We applied a survey directed to 40 businessmen of the agricultural sector and 60 professionals from 4, 5 and 6 social stratum, whom had no housing nor car and are interested in the possibility of having these goods by leasing contract. The analysis Method was implemented by correspondence to analyze the information. The outcome was that 31.93% of the sample are agree in the importance of leasing, while 37.8% are indifferent, showing a high degree of ignorance and apathy for this way of credit. For this reason, it is necessary to implement advertising campaigns which shows the importance of this way of contract and could help to improve the growth of the agricultural sector in all the facets.
