It is very important to give the educational establishments the accompaniment in projects on sexuality, because it is common to discover in the district schools a minimum hourly intensity for the approach of these topics, which in developed countries are dictated of obligatory form and with a greater intensity so that there is an increase in the number of pregnant adolescents in district educational institutions. However, sexual and reproductive rights are unknown to a large number of students along with family planning methods, which sometimes have an impact on the number of unwanted pregnancies, induced abortions, and the advancement of sexually transmitted diseases. This is how this project given to the Costa Rican Educational Institution aims to optimize the knowledge of its students in order to value themselves, to manage their sexual identity, to mature in their life project, and to strengthen the appropriate management of their sexual orientation. erotic and affective in the future. After the aforementioned, the continuity of these projects becomes relevant since by providing personalized guidance together with activities in search of knowledge about the functions of sexuality, such as the erotic function, the affective function, the reproductive function and the communication, it contributes to Colombian students acquire a comprehensive learning for the full development of life as a couple and in society; therefore, educational institutions are the best place to reach a large population, in addition to strengthening compliance with the aims and objectives of education presented by Law 115 of 1994.
