Since recent times, measures and laws adopted by the various Governments which have led to workers in terms of their labor income, lately, the concept of labor flexibility and its handling through the labor law have shown impact on enterprises and worker relationship, since the management of income or salary from the company flexibility can be steered by 60% applicable to recognized salary and which the contributions are made in systems of social security and a 40% (art 30, law 100 of 1993) deductible contributions that the company agrees with the worker, being beneficial or detrimental depending on this type of flexibility in worker. This article discusses various researches in the area for the flexibility in its management by companies in different countries and Colombia, after taking into account regulations Colombia see approach of this flexibility in employment contracts and laws that are conducive to its applicability in the business environment.
