Theresearchwasbasedon a quantitative, descriptiveapproach in whichthepersonality test wasused 16 PF systematized to 18 students of secondsemester of Technology in FinancialAccounting of a HigherEducationInstitution, in whichafterapplyingthis test isperformedThecollection, analysis and interpretation of theresultsobtainedforthedescription of thepersonalitytraits of thesubjects and finallythepresentation of theresultsobtained in theinvestigationismade. Ontheotherhand, thepersonality of thestudentsisone of thepsychologicalfactorsthatinfluence in thedecision of therace and permanence in theprogram, thisallowstheadaptation to theacademicconditions, and to faceeffectivelyeducationalsituationsthatappear to him.
