This paper aims at developing profiles charge of the commercial department of the company Circle Press Medica SAS, based on the model of labor skills, which allow the company to know the skills, abilities and skills of its employees. For the development of these profiles was conducted as a first step, the description and analysis of the same, where the functions of each position and aims were defined, through direct observation and the application of two questionnaires to reviewers played such charges. Subsequently, applied a survey to publishers of Bogotá, direct competition of Company Circle Press Medica SAS, in order to identify market behavior about labor skills taken into account when hiring staff for the sales department. Finally, is realised a proposal for the implementation of these profiles the sales department, with the end of being replicated in other departments of the company, for to improve its management of human talent
