This document is part of the state of the art of research output produced on the theme "integral psychology and clinical psychology input into the work of Ken Wilber, who states in his theory of various studies on the evolution of humans and their interests, to promote integration of science and religion. The author states that all human phenomenon consists of four facets and can not be understood without addressing all of them. The foundation of these four aspects of reality has to do with internal issues, external and shapes. Individual and collective, that is what is called "the four quadrants." In addition, this paper takes a look at the spectrum or the development of consciousness as the fundamental structure of the development and evolution of the self through time, evaluating the levels of consciousness as input structures in relations with the world and the relationship with same. This work supports the research conceptually "Integral Human Development from the approach of Ken Wilber," and its epistemological implications, conceptual and methodological clinical psychology. To achieve this goal, established theoretical and conceptual trends in the field of psychology that dominated in the production of Ken Wilber and implemented methodologies for building proposals in the field of interventional psychology, developing understandings of the items updated interpretation of human phenomena that Wilber proposed based on the quadrant and the spectrum of consciousness. This review documentary, theoretical conceptualization leaves behind a structure that allows a holistic view of human being but not only in analysis but also from the methodologies of intervention.
