The work represents the knowledge acquired during the Diploma in Integrated Management Systems, in which three numerals of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard are documented; in order to be in line with global progress and benefit from the advantages offered by the new approach of the standard, since today business growth has expanded throughout the world, making entities more competitive in the market, thereby satisfying their needs one hundred percent. For the company Neal Services, entity providing services for the maintenance of offices, hotels, warehouses, warehouses, in the area of construction, general services and transportation of merchandise, Packaging, Packing, Messaging, parcels, has seen the need to standardize and standardize its processes through the preparation of documents and protocols that facilitate both administrative and operational work. The company has shown interest in carrying out the documentation, according to the guidelines of numerals 4, 5 and 6 of the quality standard ISO 9001: 2015, where the new updated version is established, it has a much more robust structure, in whose chapters provide a coherent presentation of the requirements, therefore, it is more than a guide to support the objectives, policies and processes of the company on which the academic report was developed. Finally, with the information provided in the self-diagnosis, the documentation of the numerals is made: • In number 4 it refers to the context of the organization, • Number 5 deals with leadership and organizational commitment, • And finally, paragraph 6 deals with evaluating the risks and opportunities that the organization has.
