This research corresponds to a quantitative methodological approach, with no experimental design of transactional descriptive research with a method of non-probability sampling discretionary and its main objective is to establish the relationship between moral development and the role of the victim and the perpetrator in situations of bullying within the Educational Institution Francisco Jose de Caldas , in grades sixth D, eighth C and eleven C a, municipality of Arauca which have ages ranging between 12 and 17 years. To determine the relationship was necessary to apply two instruments. First the instrument for assessing bullying, which facilitates the analysis of bullying in the school context, based on three sources of information, self-report Heteroinforme C and P. The second instrument was applied was the assessment of moral development which allows to know the level of moral development of the participants with reference to the theory of moral development of Kohlberg. Given these two assessment instruments were obtained results regarding the valuations of each of the students (self-report); assessment by each of the partners (Heteroinforme C) and assessment by teachers (Heteroinforme C). Similarly concerning the moral development results in relation to the level of intimidation, victimization and contemplation, as well as the relationship between the grades reached, gender and age were found.
