Strategic planning is one of the most important aspects that guides adequately to the company, for the decision making in the Administrative area, in the organizational, operational and technological scope, and thus achieve the objectives, strategies and goals that since the company has been created have been mapped for their respective compliance, that this increases the chances of success. In Colombia, companies direct their objectives and policies to produce or sell products through innovation and creativity, some of them worry about improving internally to reflect that there is that value and importance that those who are part of it deserve. of them, this is done through the STRATEGIC PLANNING that once implemented categorizes and generates the satisfaction of the owners of the company, who work in it and who obtain the product or service in which it specializes. In the development of business practice, the purpose has been the proposal and design of the strategic plan for the company INNOVAPOR SAS, focused on the different areas included in the organization, in order to detect any failures that may arise, as regards the processes that are being carried out, so that they are worn efficiently and reliably. For that, initially a situational recognition of the company was made based on research done by students from previous semesters and what was the contribution, we made a diagnosis of the current situation in the areas of the company through matrices such as the DOFA, MEFE and MEFI, which allowed us to subsequently design the strategic map, finally the strategic planning document was delivered to the company representative as a result of the work done during the execution time of the practice. The objective of the research is to get the company to implement the strategic plan, because it is not a secret that the market is a changing world that seeks innovations, that is why Innovapor SAS must be constantly changing to offer its products and be able to satisfy your audience.
