    The project presents the implications of the Digital Divide in the Reyes Araque Educational Institution (IERA) education, located in Cáchira municipality. This divide refers to inequality in technological access and skills. In education, this affects teaching and learning, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The project collects data through surveys and interviews with students, teachers and the educational community to identify difficulties in accessing digital resources, participating in online classes and submitting assignments. It also analyzes how teachers adapt and apply strategies to ensure equal learning opportunities. The results will help develop educational strategies and policies to board the Digital Divide, such as providing devices to disadvantaged students, improving connectivity in remote areas, and training teachers in inclusive online teaching. Finally, the project highlights the importance of addressing the Digital Divide in education to ensure equal opportunities, regardless of students' socioeconomic circumstances.

    Estrategia B-Learning con mediación metacognitiva para promover hábitos de vida saludable en adolescentes

    This study was developed in the Rogelio Salmona IED school located in Bogotá, in which 33 ninth grade high school students participated. It involved exposing the student to the need to have clarity on the concept of healthy lifestyle habits framed in three aspects, healthy eating, physical activity and mental health; the interest in developing this proposal arises when a review of research on pedagogical strategies that allow the formation of concepts related to healthy lifestyle habits in adolescents is made, finding very limited literature that relates didactic strategies that integrate metacognition and ICT. The methodological framework of this proposal is framed in 3 moments; the first one linked to a positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach and a descriptive non-experimental research design; the second moment is based on the constructivist pedagogical paradigm with a metacognitive learning pedagogical strategy and the third moment takes into account the foundations of the connectivist paradigm with the blended learning strategy (B-Learning). For the design of instruments, initially an inventory of metacognitive skills and an evaluation of previous knowledge of healthy lifestyle habits is made; the results obtained allowed the creation of a didactic strategy, which is finally applied to the chosen population with the support of the Google -classroom platform, managing to analyze its repercussions for the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits in adolescents. It can be concluded that B-Learning virtual environments not only allow the development of metacognitive skills, but also favor the teaching-learning process, specifically knowledge related to healthy lifestyle habits.

    Puerto Lleras Meta, as well as many of the Municipalities of the national territory, has a long history with a great impact on its economy, development and the standard of living that its inhabitants currently have. This research is framed within the participatory action research method and the qualitative approach, which allowed us to analyze the state of the historical thinking of the students and reconstruct a little of the historical memory of the Municipality through stories told by its inhabitants, which were digitized through virtual tools creation of comics, stories, podcast and other products that allowed the conservation and dissemination of the collected stories. This entire process was carried out based on the Storytelling didactic strategy as a tool for the improvement of historical thinking and revealed the strong impact that the wave of violence had in the Municipality given that most of the stories told allow us to glimpse a little of that dark times and the consequences that will still remain in its streets and in its inhabitants; It allowed us to see the little knowledge that the young population has of their municipality as well and the few interaction spaces that parents have with them to make them participate in a story that also belongs to them. With the application of this strategy, today the students know a little more about the land where they were born, they can speak more properly about it and assume a more critical position about different events, which leads them to be a little more interested for making this an increasingly prosperous Municipality.

    The objective of this research work is to design a proposal for teaching the thematic HTML content with the Flipped Classroom method or inverted classroom in the eleventh grade the Rural Educational Institution Granjas Infantiles in the municipality of Copacabana (Antioquia, Colombia). For this, a methodology with a qualitative approach and action research design was carried out with the support of techniques and instruments based on the documentary review and the descriptive matrix to obtain theoretical, educational and research background information that would give it solidity and basis for the proposal. This was consolidated in a guide of ten classes under the traditional inverted classroom method, which will serve for teachers and students of said institution and will benefit in the optimization of time, skills in technology and information technology and autonomy of eleventh grade students.
