    Carry out the implementation of a redesign of the company Constructora Plinco SA in its communications network since the current network has flaws which are critical, for this reason we see a case study which allows us to implement what we learned in the CCNA course in order to put into practice. In this study it was necessary to first do an analysis of the current network implemented in the company Constructora Plinco SA in order to analyze which processes are currently the most important for the company and from there begin planning the network that is going to be redesigned. always looking for a better solution that meets the needs of the company. Then in a second analysis it was necessary to collect information on the operation of the current network where we see security shortcomings. Regarding the infrastructure, it was evident that they do not have the necessary resources to provide better operation and stability in the network, already with this information. We begin to see the importance that redesign generates in the company, which will allow us to improve many aspects of operation so that the company obtains better performance from its resources. On a third level, with all the information and knowledge we have, we begin the redesign which allows us to mitigate and act in relation to the parameters and interests that the construction company Plinco SA has in order to adjust a network that is embrace the needs of the market and the world that is constantly changing. Finally, it is necessary to carry out functional tests to validate the entire network, so we know that it meets the expectations raised and that this is the best solution that can be proposed for the needs of the company Constructora Plinco SA in order to accept that our redesign has no flaws and is approved.

    IT service management systems have included the transition, delivery, and design of continuous improvement of IT services. Allowing with these requirements the development of processes to operate, plan, review, maintain, monitor, implement and improve the service management systems of the Chocoponque company. In the same way, service management systems allow us to be updated and thus comply with legal requirements, reduce costs, improve the organization and obtain a great commercial advantage. With the implementation of IT service management systems, it will allow the Chocoponque company to protect the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information. SMS allows us to address and mitigate previously identified risks that show us potential issues that could affect the information. The need to incorporate companies into the technological world forces them to implement both hardware and software infrastructures, to be connected to large communication channels such as the Internet. That allows us and facilitates access to data from remote places that are connected to this great communication network. The Chocoponque company considers that both its information and that of its clients is an important asset in the execution and growth of its business. Therefore, in its continuous improvement process, it always seeks to protect the information, since it must be kept available without affecting the integrity and confidentiality of its data. Chocoponque in its commitment to secure its technological infrastructure against cyber attacks or inappropriate use of company equipment and information; continually evaluates vulnerabilities and threats in both the hardware and software that it acquires in the company; in order to mitigate the effects of the processes and the data that is held; including customer information, product lines, accounting data among others. In the evaluation of mitigating vulnerabilities, threats and continuing to maintain quality standards, the Chocoponque company wants to know the current state of its technological infrastructure, both software and hardware, in order not to have any legal mishap with the use of the new software acquired for billing. electronic, required by the National Tax and Customs Directorate of Colombia. Therefore, Chocoponque will take into account the observations and recommendations that are given through this project to apply and execute immediately, with the aim of reducing unnecessary expenses such as fines and penalties, which can be avoided with early corrective actions.

    Diseño de un sistema de iluminación LED utilizando baterías de vehículos eléctricos recicladas.

    In the course of the work, the different elements that have intervened in the creation of the LED lighting system are analyzed. where it tries to give the basic guidelines, to reuse the Li-ion batteries of electric cars that circulate in the city of Bogotá and whose useful life or operation is approximately 8 to 10 years; however, there are currently no management plans for these types of electrochemical and electronic waste, because it is a new technology and its adoption has increased recently. Li-ion batteries can become an environmental problem if there are no management, recycling or reuse plans for these electrochemical and electronic elements in the near future; since the legislation and the national government are encouraging the implementation of electric mobility systems with zero emissions of polluting gases; but leaving aside the management and disposal of waste that electric cars can produce once they have fulfilled their purpose. The purpose of this study is to improve the general public's understanding of this problem; For this reason, a serious and deep literary investigation is carried out on how a solution can be given to this problem, for which all this information is condensed in the theoretical framework; Hence, the necessary elements for the manufacture of batteries are explained, as well as the continuous advances and research that is being developed in the constant improvement of efficiency, charge and discharge and a longer duration of the same. At the same time, the objectives that are the roadmap for the development of this academic work are defined; what prompted us to delve into this new and unknown topic; that in a few more years they will have great importance and relevance; In addition, the budget required for a possible implementation is specified, as well as the schedule with the stages that are developed for a successful completion of this project. On the other hand, there is the experimentation stage of the LED lighting system with recycled Li-ion batteries. Through the use of simulation software (Proteus), the necessary tests will be carried out to evaluate the different components, elements and circuit designs present in the system; since the simulation facilitates that the changes and adjustments are made immediately, therefore the reduction of times in the achievement of elements, materials and cost reduction is achieved; In addition, when it is put into practice or implementation, there is the security of the specific materials or elements. The efficiency of electrical components, batteries and lamps is evaluated once the results of the simulations have been studied; in addition to the costs and feasibility of the led lighting system.

    The SIMETRIK company, which provides Controlling, Reporting, Business Intelligence and Accounting services, has identified a problem in its service provision area in Bogotá. The lack of structure and defined processes is making it difficult to generate accurate reports and make timely decisions. To solve this problem, the implementation of agile SCRUM and ITIL methodologies in all SIMETRIK processes is proposed. SCRUM will allow dividing the team into cells with specific roles to improve efficiency, while ITIL will help align services with business and customer needs. A detailed implementation plan is proposed, including comprehensive training for the team and ongoing review of progress. The implementation of these methodologies is expected to not only improve operational efficiency, but also increase the quality and accuracy of the reports provided to clients. Regular monitoring and evaluation of the implementation is recommended, as well as the adoption of a culture of constant learning and adaptability within the organization.

    This work will be developed theoretically from the information gathered through the elaboration of the state of the art, in which a sample of works carried out in the field of development of measurement and control systems both in Colombia and in other parts of the world will be analyzed. in such a way that the design that is presented is consistent with the latest technological developments. It will include the necessary theoretical references from the technical point of view that allow the selection of the appropriate components for the system to be designed, allowing the best cost-technology relationship and guaranteeing proper operation. Based on real data, the system will adapt to the particular needs of the Puerto Arturo Mine while remaining efficient in any environment with the same characteristics. The scope of the project is limited to the studies and the elaboration of the designs for a supervision system, which implies the analysis of the structural characteristics of the mine, the analysis of the physical variables present and the studies of the behavior of the gases during the day in a period not exceeding 30 days. This does not necessarily include field visits, however, the company Minería Texas Colombia is required to provide the information required for the designs, such as floor plans and the records of the data collected manually through the multidetector. Finally, as a product of the project, the tables will be presented with the revision of the current regulations, the tables for the selection of instruments and the design plan of the system. The project will not include the floor plan with the arrangement of the equipment in the mine due to the confidentiality conditions signed with the company, in such a way that only the schematic plan with the system design will be presented. The project is expected to be carried out in a space of three months from the day the samples were taken.
