    For the design of the telecommunications network, the main connection needs of the inhabitants of the village of La Ceiba for educational, commercial and entertainment services were considered; the situation was analyzed and possible solutions were proposed through which transmission media such as fiber optics and antennas were chosen to guarantee a stable and good quality connection. The simulation software cisco packet tracer was used as the main tool of the work, with the support of Google earth and the interactive atlas of IDEAM to determine the strategic points of the location of active elements that will provide coverage and management of the internet service in the municipality of la ceiba.

    Urban population growth has come with new challenges for farmers. We analyzed the context of hydroponic crops in Colombia and revealed some factors that are affecting this business. The purpose of this research was to determine the issues affecting the hydroponics industry and gather information on the requirements of efficient cultivation techniques that can improve water use, increase productivity to build a working prototype of a hydroponic crop. ("Design of an IoT solution for monitoring the optimal conditions of ..."). This system, using IoT technology, will allow us to monitor the main environmental conditions that are involved in the product production process, while using an embedded system. The monitoring system would be linked to a web page where the farmer would visualize the information from the sensors. we decided to focus this project towards greenhouses and we emphasized on the greenhouse of the R&D+C research group. We propose a system that meets the needs of the members of the research group, for this we show the contextual situation of the country, how the development of crops is done and how they are working with the technologies that are being used. This work proposes everything that must be considered when setting up a system such as the one described throughout the document

    Solución de telecomunicaciones aplicando estándares de seguridad sobre la infraestructura de la red de datos en la empresa Atlas Security

    The company ATLAS SECURITY has a technological infrastructure at the network level with layer 2 and layer 3 devices; such as: switches, routers and firewalls, which are used to perform cybersecurity controls. However, after the analysis carried out, it was detected that the functionality of these is not being optimized efficiently for the prevention of internal and external attacks due to lack of adequate administration. Based on this research, a telecommunications solution was proposed where cybersecurity standards were applied to the technological infrastructure; such as, configuration of an active directory, blocking of ports on Layer 2 and 3 devices, restriction of access to uncertified URLs, blocking of USB ports and creation of ACLs. After carrying out these tests it was possible to verify that the proposal responds and gives solution to the problem found, since the attacks carried out failed to affect the security of the network. In addition, the network was made to work more agile and secure. That is why this report proposes a telecommunications solution where cybersecurity standards will be applied to the existing technological infrastructure. Finally, it is recommended that the organization implement the solution and hire a human team with the necessary skills for the proper administration of the network and thus optimize the technological resources of the company.

    This degree work develops a systematic review of literature, about the implementation of smart grids (Smart Grids), in conjunction with the use of non-conventional energy sources applied to the system of production, storage and distribution of electrical energy in Colombia. , important characteristics are analyzed, such as: cost-benefit ratio, efficiency, viability, among others. with the aim of understanding the current state of development of (Smart Grids) in the country Through the use of a documentary-type methodology, information was collected from reliable sources with a margin not exceeding ten years to date (2022), analyzing: government plans, pilot projects, research work, among others. In order to understand the current state of implementation of smart grids in Colombia and the use of non-conventional renewable energy sources, it is also intended to publicize the characteristics and benefits that the implementation of these technologies would bring to the country.

    The extinction of different types of animals is a problem that has been growing over the years, and that, consequently, has caused environmental problems, such as climate change. Genetic diversity (biodiversity) is essential for the development of all species and human beings depend on it in their daily lives. When biodiversity decreases, human life expectancy is reduced, not only from an ecological point of view, but also from a resource point of view, even to be able to have species that are adapted to an ecological niche. This research will expose a computer strategy that over time has achieved great results; convolutional neural networks is a process that has facilitated the monitoring of different kinds of animals in recent years, this, in order to facilitate the process of recognition and counting of animals, focused on agriculture and zoology. For this, an architecture in the field of convolutional neural networks (CNN) will be used, Alexnet, which has references with very high results. In addition, the mathematical programming software Matlab is used for the development of the neural network. Getting of this way a result of accuracy of validation of 97,52%, with the use of a dataset with 3026 images, in where, 80% are used for training and 20% for validation.

    Renewable energies are the path to sustainable development, taking into account that they are environmentally friendly energies and can improve the quality of life in communities far from large cities, where conventional energies do not reach efficiently; Although the implementation of these new technologies implies a considerable economic investment, the cost-benefit ratio is excellent, taking into account that these are systems that have a fairly long useful life and do not require constant technical service for optimal operation. In the case of solar panel systems as a method of obtaining renewable energy, they are capable of supplying from houses for domestic use to an entire town if you have the space and investment for these systems, in this order of ideas renewable systems have Potential advantages to be implemented worldwide in macro terms and in Colombia as a great transition strategy to non-polluting energies.

    International roaming is a service that allows users to continue using their mobile phone or other mobile phones when they visit another country, make and receive voice calls, send text messages, surf the Internet and send and receive email. Roaming extends the range of your mobile operator's voicemail service, allowing users to continue using their local operator's phone number and services from any country and in any other. The continuous increase in coverage is facilitated by large-scale roaming between the local mobile operator and the mobile operator's mobile network. The necessary technical and commercial aspects are specified in the roaming contract. In my opinion, roaming increases mobile users' access to their home operator's voice and communication services, allowing them to continue using their local operator's phone number and data service in any other country. Because of this, nowadays all the companies require all the services that these same ones offer them for their good operation. According with this, the company CONTECON URBAR S.A.S. requires the redesign of a LAN network for its new facilities, which allows them to optimize the process of transferring information within the work group. Finally, what is wanted is that the company has a work network of excellent quality, which offers a great variety of tools for the exchange of information within the company.
